UAE Wallet facilitates the travel process at UAE Airports, allowing travelers to navigate electronic gates using their smartphones within a mere 15 seconds.

This system streamlines travelers' journeys, transforming them into seamless and efficient experiences.

Users can register with UAE Wallet at their convenience before their travel date. Upon registration, users can present the machine-readable barcodes generated within the UAE Wallet app to access airport electronic gates.

Registered users can also access information regarding their passport, residence visa, and Emirates ID documents for themselves and their dependents. This feature enables the tracking of document validity.

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has introduced UAE Wallet in alignment with the UAE Vision 2021 and the leadership's initiative to provide efficient government services to all customers.

One of UAE Wallet's primary objectives is to facilitate seamless collaboration among various entities in delivering government services. It contributes to Dubai and UAE's digital transformation, supporting the leadership's zero-paper strategy.

The UAE Wallet Project serves as a digital storage platform for UAE nationals and residents, housing scanned and electronic copies of official documents like identity cards, passport copies, personal images, and documents for customers and their dependents. It equips users with functionalities to update and upload documents easily and share them when requested by government entities for expedited service processing.

GDRFA prioritizes quality and efficiency in service provision as part of its strategic goals. This project aims to enhance people's satisfaction by delivering prompt and superior naturalization, residency, and port services in line with GDRFA's mission.
